You can look through the properties using the search bar on our website, you can narrow your search by location, property type, bedrooms and price.

Arrange to view the property with the estate agent, their contact details are found on the property page you are interested in.



In order to register your interest and then bid on a property, you must set up an online account. To do this, click on ‘Log In / Register’ at the top of the page and follow the steps to fill out your details. It is important you read the ‘Terms & Conditions’ of purchasing prior to bidding on a property.



If you are interested in bidding on a property and have already registered an account, you must click ‘Add To Watch List’ on the property page you are interested in. You will receive an email reminder on the day of the auction and a final email reminder an hour before the property auction goes live.



During live bidding, you will be able to view the current highest bid and the time left to bid. To place your bid, simply click on the ‘Place Bid’ button and enter the amount you wish to bid.

All bids are subject to a minimum increase of £500 on the current bid.



The property will be able to receive bids for 15 minutes once bidding is live. For any bids entered within the final minute, an extra minute of time is added on. This continues until all the bids are placed. The time runs out when a bid is placed, and no other bids occur within the next minute.



Once the bidding process ends, if you are the successful bidder, you will receive an email including a reservation form and bank details. The non-refundable reservation fee (2.5% of the purchase price, min £4,000) along with the completed form is required within 24 hours to secure the property.
