6 easy steps to bid for your dream home live

You can look through the properties on our website using the search bar at the top right hand corner of the website or through your local estate agents and property portals.

You can narrow your search by location, property type, bedrooms and price.

Once you have found a property, in order to register your interest and then bid, you must set up an online account. To do this, click on ‘Customer Login’ at the top of the page and follow the steps to fill in your details.

Arrange to view the property with an agent before the bidding goes live. Interested parties will receive an email link to register with MyBid4It for the property they viewed.

If you have already created an account and registered your interest, you will receive a reminder one day before the property goes live, a final reminder on the day and an email reminder before the live bidding commences.

During the live bidding, you will be able to view the current highest bid, the bidding history and the time left to bid. To place your bid, simply click on the ‘Place Bid’ button and enter the amount you wish to bid.

If you would like to make an offer on the property pre auction, please contact the estate agent directly.

The property will be able to receive bids for 15 minutes once bidding is live. For any bids entered within the final minute, an extra minute of time is added on. This continues until all the bids are placed. The time runs out when a bid is placed, and no other bids occur within the next minute.

Once the bidding process ends, if you are the successful bidder, you will receive an email including a reservation form and bank details. The non-refundable reservation fee (2.5% of the purchase price, min £4K) along with the completed form is required within 24 hours to secure the property.
